One was a Treatise on the Origins of the Jedi order, one an obscure text on Force vergences and the third is a collection of essays on the Dark Side by the Jedi.

Layne, meanwhile, had long since wandered off to look at the more interesting pieces of rubble remaining. Lectures were not really her thing after all.

She kicked a small rock right around the time Baesal was thinking she needed a break... the rock being carried a little further than Layne had anticipated, and producing a lot more noise too; reverberating throughout the musuem. Should anyone look her way upon hearing it, Layne would just shrug at them.

“Just cataloguing relics and getting an accurate count, and moving any important items to the Republic encampment until we can hand them over to a new provisional government. I got a list here from the Senator, if you want identify them and tag them for transport,” she said to Baesal.

"Huh?" Layne called out and came closer now that it seemed like the most excessive science talk had dried up. "What are we doing?"

"You mean like, scientific value, right? Because otherwise that's totally a trigger for me," she said, mocking herself and the situation.

''Sure! Lets go with that'' Baesal replied with a chuckle
