[Ashla Vyliis]

Ashla disembarks the Endless Slaughter with her medical supplies in hand. She heads out and starts passing the transport.

[Dr. Cole Ormont]

Cole was disembarking from the Republic transport, crossing the hanger with his eyes glued to his datapad, when something out of the corner of his eye caught his attention. Is that..? Couldn't be. The togruta was distinctive, but the newly-minted Captain was surprised to see her on Bankor. "Ashla?"

[Ashla Vyliis]

Ashla turns and sees the medic. She smiles and walks over to him "Cole?" She would hug him, but she doesn't want him to think he's that important. Then, she notices the stripes. "Or should I say Captain Cole?"

[Dr. Cole Ormont]

"Doctor. I didn't go through seven years of surgical training to be called Captain." Rare for the surgeon, his eyes are unguarded, expression open, the Force sensitive woman could probably feel the waves of emotion radiating off him without even trying. He was glad - and relieved, even excited - to see her. "Speaking of, how's you're own accreditation coming along?"

He looks a little stiff in the dress uniform, with a single ribbon on the chest. He is pale, bags under his eyes like he hasn't been sleeping, cheeks hollowed, he's lost weight since they last crossed paths. But his blue-grey eyes and the mess of blonde curls is unchanged.

[Ashla Vyliis]

"It's going. I don't have as much time to study as I would like, but I'm keeping up."

Ashla notes the changes and is concerned, but tries to not let it show.

"I've been mostly training with the Jedi. I have been setting up little clinics when I get a chance. This time, even legally." Ashla was genuinely proud of herself that she had started to consider actually following the law. It was a big change for her.

[Dr. Cole Ormont]

A lopsided grin breaks out on Cole's face, "that's great. I've been speaking to a gun-for-hire that's on good terms with the Republic about providing aid at civilian clinics, how do you feel about a team up? It will be like Nar Shaddaa, but with the ever-present danger of heavy weapon bombardment."

[Ashla Vyliis]

Ashla grins back. "I was already planning on it. Heavy bombardment. Hutts. I don't think we pick the best places for clinics." Ashla shrugs. "Then again, I wouldn't have it any other way."

[Dr. Cole Ormont]

"If it weren't for Hutts and heavy weapons, we wouldn't need these clinics, and where's the fun in that?" His tone was facetious, but he suddenly hoped no one overheard him suggesting that he would have a preference for a state of constant war.

[Ashla Vyliis]

"Well, it doesn't look like we'll be unneeded anytime soon." There was just a hint of exhaustion in her voice. "Oh. I have my ship this time. Would you like to see it?"

[Dr. Cole Ormont]

Part of his assignment to Bankor had come with an agreement that Cole would finally get his own ship - pilot included - if and when he made it off the planet. His ice-pale eyes glittered with interest, "I would like that very much. Say, how's Jeebu? Do you see him much?"

[Baesal Zyn]

A second togruta entered the hangars bearing a strange device with two mechanical arms as a backpack. She was followed by her trusty protocol droid and heading towards the chief's office.

She gave a knock, nod sure about military protocols and the like.

[Chief Po'xin]

The office was more like a crate used for a seat and another crate used as a table. The Chief was looking over a holo-grid map of the camp making sure everything was working smoothly. Which of course it wasn’t but this was nothing new. He grumbled and said to a soldier, “Sergeant, I need you to track down the toolboxes we packed, I count forty-eight and we should have ninety, find them.”

He looked over at the togruta and said, “Master Jedi, how can I be of assistance?”

The besalisk stood to his full height, one set of arms folded the lower set resting on his waist. He had a powerful build, portly but strong. He sighed heavily under his push broom mustache.

[Baesal Zyn]

Baes gave the chief a wide smile

"Hello chief! I'm Baesal Zyn and I am just a padawan so...no need for the Master Jedi thing."

She gave a quick look around the hangar

"I just wanted to ask if any help was needed for ship repairs or installation. You see, mechanics and engineering is pretty much my sphere of expertise and I can handle some programming as well."

Part of his assignment to Bankor had come with an agreement that Cole would finally get his own ship - pilot included - if and when he made it off the planet. His ice-pale eyes glittered with interest, "I would like that very much. Say, how's Jeebu? Do you see him much?"

Ashla leads him back to her ship.



"Jeebu is doing good. I try to see him when I can. He's really coming along in his Jedi training. Still a bit shy though, but he's getting more confident in his own abilities. I'm proud of him."

[Dr. Cole Ormont]

Cole grinned at the back of the togruta's head, she's almost a completely different person, "that's fantastic." He admired the tidy ship, "how many crew?"

[Ashla Vyliis]

"It only takes one to crew, but can hold one passenger too. This is the ship I sold myself in slavery for. I call her The Endless Slaughter."

[Dr. Cole Ormont]

“That’s what you call her? What does your pilot call her when he’s radioing and too embarrassed to say that out loud?” He pushed a hand through his curls, neck craned up to examine the ship.

[Rav Devaroo]

Amongst the crowd of new arrivals a tall figure quickly cut his way through, avoiding conversation and making food the Chief's office. Wolf-like eyes noted that it was currently busy. A deep sniff got recently changed surfaces and engine oil. He knocked to announce himself and pulled out a datapad while holding his spot outside for the Besalisk to ask him in or keep him waiting.

[Chief Po'xin]

Baes gave the chief a wide smile

"Hello chief! I'm Baesal Zyn and I am just a padawan so...no need for the Master Jedi thing."

She gave a quick look around the hangar

The Chief grumbled and said, “Well master Jedi, you’re free to work whatever projects you like. I can’t exactly give you orders but if you want to work on my ships with my teams gonna need you to read the Republic Armed Forces Tech Manuals on the Spitfire and related equipment, first.”

“Not negotiable.”

She nodded ''That is reasonnable, consider it done''

She tilted her head ''Were I can find these manuals?''

[Chief Po'xin]

The Chief rubbed his push broom mustache and then said, “I can send you the fifteen manuals, if you are actually serious about this. When done, I will assign you a mechanic an when they feel satisfied with your work then I will gladly accept your offer, master Jedi.”

[Baesal Zyn]

She nods

''Very well. Please send the manuals quickly so I can study them without delay''

[Chief Po'xin]

He chuckled and tapped at his Datapad and then said, “Happy reading, master Jedi.”

Baes checked her own pad and smiled

''Awesome, thank you Chief. I'll come see you again once I am done''
