alcohol hadn't robbed him of all his perception yet he noted her reaction to his discussion of other specialties. so we might have a republic assassin here. interesting. but his almost goofy smile never left his lips.

"Well I appreciate the understanding." he said "I guess pretty red heads have always been a soft spot for me." he smirked as he took a sip of his drink

She chuckled. "Well, I'm always glad to hear something like that."

"That I think you're pretty or that I might be easier for you to manipulate?" He asked his tone playful, almost teasing.

"That you think I'm pretty. I don't mind hearing it from time to time," she admitted with a smile.

"Well a beautiful woman deserves to be told at least once a day that she's beautiful." He says his grin turning a bit charged as he spoke. "Is there anything else you like to do from time to time?" He said his voice a fraction lower.

She smirked at the quest, feeling more than a little buzzed. "Quite a few things."

Jax returned the smirk and locked eyes with the woman "any of those things something I can help with?" he asked as he refilled their cups the last drop coming out of the flask.

"Shame run dry, I have some more back on my ship......." he let the sentence dangle putting the ball in her court so to speak.

She shifted in her seat, flushed. She closed her eyes and took out her vapor cigarette and took a drag from it, exhaling a cinnamon scent. "You have no idea how incredibly tempting that is right now," she replied with a sigh. "Two years ago, we'd already be there. But I can't, at least not right now."

"I'm sure I have no idea what you're talking about." he said giving her a grin that told her he knew exactly what she meant "I was just looking for a booze run."

he looks over at her and the cigarette "I'd hate to impose but mind if I get a bit of that?"

She smiled and passed it over. "Go for it. I have plenty of refills."

Jax leaned over the table to retrieve the cigarette but he continued leaning and quick as a whip his lips were pressed against hers he reveled in the softness of her and tasted the cinnamon scent still on her breath mixed with the whiskey it was actually pretty intoxicating. He had meant to get in get out but her flavor had pulled him in and he stayed longer than he meant to. He did eventually break off and sit back nimbly snatching the cigarette as he sat back.

He took a deep drag and slowly breathed out the smoke the cinnamon of the cigarette reminding him of the taste of Luth. He looked at her "Thanks." was all he said as he extended the cigarette back to her.

She chuckled and shook her head, accepting the cigarette back. "Mm... Not bad, but ask next time, hmm?" She replied with a smile, then got up. "I should probably get going. It was good hanging out with you, Jax."

"So a next time hm? Sure thing least I can do with you being such a good sport." he stretched "yeah probably for the best. I look forward to seeing you again Luth."

She chuckled at that and nodded. "Yeah. See you later, Jax." She nodded to him and stepped out.
