Aggressive Negotiations planning

Kinda interested in this...

Not saying we should hand over Eralynn to the Mandos, but I'm thinking returning her armor at least?

Lyseil is only 2 Yellow for talky-talk with Charm, but if we're worried about potential trap, she does give everyone 1 or 2 Boosts to Perception and Vigilance rolls to notice that stuff.

We took Eralynn’s ritual blade too, btw. If those are important? (I don’t actually know, Tethys was going to ask somebody, and have it sent to the armory with her other weapons if not.)

I think I’m out for this since I’ll be getting murdered by Zash in space in the next time slot, but Tethys has much less investment in Keilynn than Eralynn anyway. She’d be very anti-“let the mass murderer go,” though, obviously.

I think the vote and sentiment is firmly "not letting the mass-murderer go", but good thinking on bringing up the ritual blade too!

Can we give her back with a bomb vest strapped to her?

Just like with Meerta Surik. ^^

Ooh, what delicious irony!

But no, probably not.

So Zanebry and Lyseil as interested parties.

I'm available for back up, but I'm not a negotiator.

Niall has a pretty appropriate skillset, and rank, and a certain amount of personal interest.

Having niall would be nice!

I think Galen could add some interesting perspective to painter lady as well?

Galen and Z could be our main pew-pew fall backs in case of ambush, while Niall has the talky skills. Galen and Lyseil would both be good spotters for traps.

If that's a kosher crew, should we join in then?

Since we have Nekoinu here, guess we could get the ball rolling? :)

Red Five, going in.

This was suggested to me, as I’m familiar with Eralynn’s medical condition, plus steroids. But I see I’m too late.

I'm not sure how useful I actually would be. More negotiation avenues the better, I'd think.

What is her medical condition?

Ask Nekoinu?

I’m just one of her doctors.

Still healing, it seems. Which is a good reason for not bringing her back (rather than a clear refusal to return her). Cole could exaggerate a bit, if necessary.

Relatively stable now. Unfit for combat, even if Eralynn would still throw herself into it if she wanted to. Bouts of hysteria have decreased significantly.

I think the idea was that, as a real medical doctor, Cole’s word on her mental and physical conditions might carry a little weight.

I'm just wondering what our actual negotiation plan is.
