I forget where to find it but is there some sort of chart or something that tells us how big the different silhouettes are?

I will have to check, probably in the main books though, 0 is smaller than human sized, 1 is is like a humanoid, while 2 is a speeder or regular sized vehicle... 3 is like a star fighter and 4 a light freighter, and 5 is a frigate sized space ship...

I should probably ask this here:

With a Linked Shot, it's two hits but technically only one roll. Is it possible to Snap-Roll for both or only the first?

You can snap roll both, you just have to pay the strain for both like Parry or Reflect.

Personal scale there is Engaged, Short, Medium, Long, and Extreme.

What rolls will be required, etc.

The only real roll will probably be a a general mechanics check to setup the water system, the rest is just labor. Just showing up and working is all that is needed, the Mechanics check is Average.

Guessing three slots to complete the work, people don't have to show up all three but probably 2-3 at a minimum to show work is being done... the refugees will be helping too.
