As I get a penalty for shooting into close combat- anyone mind if I take the first shot?

Also so many boosts from advantage...do I get all of them? :D (no I don't silly me!)

Let's let the pew pew go first, I say.

I have no pew, though if I move up to Medium I can try to bop it with miscellaneous trade goods using the Force.

Yeah... We may need to prepare for Plan B

It would be better, if we had a Mon Calamarian with us.

Galen and Azura have lightsabers, yeah? We can at least give that a try. Breach 1 will blow through 10 points of that soak.

I wonder if we could kite the thing close enough to Force-shove it into the trap, or if someone has to be in there not just as bait but to set it off. If shoving is an option... it’d take me 3 Force pips, so kind of a lucky roll, but it seems like the kind of thing Tethys would be willing to eat some Conflict to pull off.

Sadly the trap was not finished, so it has to be enabled from the inside.

I have force move also but only for 0 size items. However maybe we can combine/do it together?

Hmm. No chance of finishing the trap mechanism real quick? :D

Daunting Mechanics, and will almost certainly use Destiny flip.

We can give the lightsabers a shot. If that doesn't work, I'm willing to trigger the trap. Maybe I can use Influence to hug it out with the sand demon.

Okay. With that soak, throwing stuff at it with Move seems somewhat pointless, so... I guess the Jedi duo are just hunkering down defensively this turn? Unless Arali has something worth doing at range, or I’m forgetting something obvious?

Orrr... the two of us double move up and Arali takes point fixing the trap with her high Int? Possibly with Tethys assisting since I’ve got Mechanics at 2 if she doesn’t?

It's worth pointing out with it's size it likely moves quickly and I'm not any of us are very tanky

I think Arali is Int 4... 2y2g vs 4 purples to try fixing the trap is potentially doable? Hopefully Arali will get on soon since it would be good to have her vote.

With her Duty triggering ("no one should ever be left behind") Tethys will not want anybody sacrificing themselves if she can help it. :?

Somehow...

All right... I’m going to be afk for an hour or two starting soon. If Arali gets here and wants to try the Mechanics option together you guys can ghost me doing that (have 2 mechanics skill 3 attribute myself, so probably makes sense to combine stats with an assist action). We should probably flip destiny on it too if we try.

If Arali doesn’t want to try that option then I guess ghost me hunkering down and defending?

Best bet right now is Arali and Tethys move up to Azura's position and take a defensive stance.

But unless both Galen and Azura are willing to draw sabers on this thing, this fight is going to be short.

If you could move up and defend that would be lovely...

Azura will saber if it's a last resort thing which this is pretty close to being!
