Ok, so if Duty gains from it are a non-factor for my squad, it's mostly about a promise of good performance because dicepools (as probably no-one would care about Odd's fluff reasons to capture Varo's kid). Unless someone wants those there I am backing down, though I hope that during Session 3 those more advanced in drive to Contribution 2 would give my squad a good chance to make up for the difference.

So don't back down just yet, Rav. :)

I could probably run them down in one round....but can't fight for shit.

Athletics 3G, 2F, 3B, + 2 auto success.

I don't see any rules for how many range bands we close or anything like that though?

Could possibly throw a bunch of boost dice to allies for checks.

But I have had my share of events so far including one D5

Under chase rules you move one band closer if you roll more successes than the opponent, or one further away if they roll more successes than you.

Looks like Rav goes to the mechanics one, so here we have Luth, Veeone and Sabine? If Veeone steps out (he said on Discord he is unavailable today and doesn't want to be ghosted throughout), then I can jump in. But it could be resolved on Monday maybe so that Vee could do it?

Okay, so individually we need to have 4 sux on our athletics roll to pass.

Sabine has a mighty Cunning of 2, so not sure I want to attempt the tracking roll....

I am debating going back into combat round so I can shoot one of the guards. That leaves me at extreme ranges, but so does failing the ahletics roll.

They shoot anyway. When they do, there will be death. Yunda crits just ten below what was deemed superdeadly in the assassination event. I don't think odd can take another shot like that.
