"That is true." Odd nodded slowly. "So, there's nothing for me to learn from guys like you, only to learn more from myself?"

[Dapper Dog]

“We all learn from each other, yet you have a war to fight do you not? To be a true student one must be free of distractions, too many thoughts cloud the soup,” he responded.

[Oddyn Vizsla]

"I get your point." Oddyn stopped massaging his joints. He would still need to pay doctors a visit.

He then rose to retrieve his beskar'gam and started to put it on, piece by piece. "Still, I'd like to know where the Aznuri tradition comes from."

“We do not share our history and secrets so easily, so I cannot say,” he said in return.

[Galen Sol]

Galen had remained after the challenge of the cold box. He was sitting, not far away, trying to improve his approach to meditation. It wasn't working well.

[Oddyn Vizsla]

He shrugged at the dismissal.

"Your call. Looks like there are not many new lessons here for me after all, just some physical battering I had already had aplenty in my life. I choose to understand what you've said as an advice to stick to my guns. I'll do just that, and see where it leads me. Don't think I can get more metaphysical than that."

[Dapper Dog]

“If that is your way, then you must follow it, the ziphrxian turtle cannot fly just because it wants to, we all live within limitations. Some can be broken, some cannot,” he responded.

[Galen Sol]

"We don't know what those limitations are until we meet them." Galen offered with a weary sigh, as he stood and moved closer.

[Oddyn Vizsla]

"And some are cherished, as they define who we are. You're right, not all can be one with the universe, or whatever is the thing that you practise." The Mandalorian was efficiently armouring himself. He looked at the unexpected contributor and nodded for a greeting.

[Dapper Dog]

“The universe is far too large to be One with it, but to follow your Way is to find a path through the void that will bring joy and satisfaction,” he replied.

“Welcome Outlander,” he added to Galen.

[Galen Sol]

"Galen Sol." he introduced himself. "A hunter testing paths."

[Dapper Dog]

"What path are you testing today, hunter?" he asked.

[Galen Sol]

"Meditation, which I am very bad at." he chuckled. "That and understanding spirits."

[Dapper Dog]

"What troubles you that you cannot find peace in meditation," he replied.

[Galen Sol]

"I don't know." he admitted. "I'm not used to sitting still, not in the way meditation is usually done. And, when I do find some focus, I often feel darkness."

[Dapper Dog]

"Don't stand still then," he said.

[Galen Sol]

"Isn't that how it's done, though?" he asked. "Finding peace through discipline, or something like that?"

[Dapper Dog]

"Meditation comes in many forms," he replied. "I prefer to run."

[Galen Sol]

"I see." he seemed uncertain. "And, what of spirits? What are the Aznuri beliefs regarding those who linger after they have passed on?"

[Dapper Dog]

“Spirits are dangerous, and not something we Aznuri recommend dealing with. The dead should stay dead,” he responded.

[Oddyn Vizsla]

"A path through the void, huh." Oddyn mumbled but did not intercede the other discussion that was turning more and more esoteric by the minute. All he could get from it was that his joy and satisfaction were not on this planet, but somewhere far in space.

[Galen Sol]

"Yeah, that's probably true." he sighed. "Thank you. I do hope I can learn more here. Would you mind if I kept returning?"

[Dapper Dog]

"Return as much as you need to," he said to Galen.

To Oddyn he said, "The void is inescapable, it is everywhere."

[Oddyn Vizsla]

"Really? For a moment I thought you spoke about the space, but now you've lost me. This planet seems to have a breathable atmosphere." He chuckled, applying final layers of his beskar' gam.
