“Curse the Maker, my killing proficiency is only 98%...” it exclaimed as it fired at Rav with deadly aim ripping through him destroying his tools in the process. The droids shoot at Sabine peppering her with blaster bolts in the fraught combat!

OOC: Rav takes 14 wounds total, Pierce 1, give boost to next ally, using two Triumphs to destroy whatever tool Rav is using to disarm the bombs, giving him another setback for not having the right tools! Sabine is hit for 11 damage and will have a setback to her next action.

These are not he droids we are looking for because those droids no longer exist. Meanwhile the Resistance open fire with blaster pistols they found on the remaining squad but only pin down the droids with fire!

Seeing your buddy get knocked out really put things in perspective. Rav was pissed but they all had a job to do and he had better not squander the opportunity that Galen had just given him.

Shoving a stim into Galen he dropped to all fours and ran straight towards the assassin droid.

Niall, on the other hand, was able to react quickly. He dashed from his cover, sliding on the ground to reach Galen. He muttered brief thanks that he'd thought to pull out the stim when he had a spare moment as he stuck it into the fallen man.

Rav snarled at the droid as he sprinted past it and raced towards the bomb. "Aroooooo!" It was going to be close. He could see the timer was now counting down quickly, maybe the droid had hit a switch? No time to think about that now.

Although his tools were toast he had already defused two of these bastards so he knew what he was doing. Still, it felt like an age passed as he unscrewed the covering with a sharp claw and selected the right wires.

A single drop of sweat rolled off his nose as he pulled out what was hourly the right wire... and bit clean through it with his sharp teeth!

There was no loud explosion.

2 maneuvers to move
Action: Disarm

Day 2 Bombs. Round 4. Disarm bomb 3. 3 boosts (Niall, Niall, Unused Resistance boost). Talents remove the two setback. Hard roll. One devilish Dapper difficulty upgrade.: 1eA+3eP+3eB+2eD+1eC 3 successes

Rav ran back to check on Galen, clapping the young man gently on the shoulder. "You did good kid." He gave a nod of thanks to the Captain and Sabine then he turned to face the group of Resistance fighters and bounded over, a big grin spreading across his face.

"Sa... Sara, I've been... Well, shit I've been looking for you everywhere." He almost called her Sarge, but maybe she was undercover?

“If those bombs blew, half the city would be a crater, and the rest would not have fared better from the fallout of the materials,” she finished.

Rav was going to say something but instead he just moved towards Sara and gave her a great big hug. He held on for a few long moments and whispered something to her in the language of his people

Eventually he released her and wiped what must have been oil away from his eyes. "You think I'd let something like that happen after... Well, it was our pleasure. Who are your friends? This is Galen, that's... Sabine, right? And that's Captain Alderaan."

His eyes followed Galen's and he turned back to look at the Cap. "Wanna call this in? We shouldn't leave until the boss has the reinforcements in place. I'd do it but honestly, I don't want the promotion."
