Out of the corner of her eye, she watches Azura drink from the water bottle, and turns her head to conceal the sardonic quirk of her lips. She'd been wondering if the girl was in the category of sentients who don't like to feel indebted to others--like Delmi--or the category of sentients who don't like being seen to be indebted. This seems like a partial answer.
However, it also means much less chance of Azura collapsing from heatstroke halfway through the city and having to be hastily carried the rest of the way, which is unarguably a good thing.
