[Dapper Dog]

The Wound was a popular sight seeing location before the occupation, at over 700 km long, it is a rather impressive canyon system that carves through the Black Sands Desert. The Black River runs through the bottom of it and it is a fairly wild region and very dangerous at night. Popular with smugglers and other criminal elements looking for places to be out of sight. The Wound is again over 700 km long and on average about 2 km deep and often about half kilometer in width.
