Luth moved through the Encampment like she knew exactly what she was doing and where she was going... Which she did, but that was beside the point. People didn't genuinely question someone in a rush in this situation. She wore a hooded jacket for is - at least then everyone on the way wouldn't be able to look back and go, "Oh yeah, it was that red-haired woman!" if she was found out, and other features didn't tend to stick in people's memories. She held the device close. Just plug and go she'd said. It was fine.

The communications tent was busy with many soldiers at terminals routing information from the Valiant Star and missions and agents across the theater. It was busy and no one really batted an eye at another solider for the moment.

She slipped in without even being noticed, the others looking right past her as she apparently went to do her job.

Luth sighed and mouthed, "Dammit," to herself as she worked, the device proving stubborn with her inexperience.

The device is in place and it looked like she had installed it correctly but nothing was happening. The device was inert. Maybe it needed the universal smack?

She fiddled with it and jiggled it a little first to see if the contacts weren't quite in place right. When that accomplished nothing, she did indulge in a little (quiet) percussive maintenance.

The device came to life just as a technician walked over, “Need any help ma’am?”

"I'm good... Technology, right?" she replied with a chuckle without fully looking back. Then she set about looking like she was working for a little bit longer before heading out.

She noticed there is pot of kaff that was stale and old, that needs dumping… probably buy her an excuse for being where she is.

She gestured to the pot. "Look, we can stay here while the kaff grows mold if you want to, but I figured you guys needed a replacement," she replied with a sigh of someone with a menial job she was, despite that, still doing.

The technician shrugged and returned to his post with a roll of his eyes. He added, “Make the next one dark and strong.”


Assuming she makes a hasty retreat outside is a man waiting and he said to her, “Bout time you finally got that in place. I believe we will be working together, shall we go somewhere more private?”

She paused upon seeing him. Damn...

"Things got in the way," she replied with a shrug. "Give me a minute to do this - that guy will remember if coffee doesn't actually come back." Not willing to do that all herself, though, she foists it onto a hapless private and turns to him. "Yeah. Let's go."

He started walking and found an empty supply tent filled with crates of water. He spoke calmly, “Draagh, agent of the Master. I believe we have targets that need to be sorted. I have handled two already. I am sure there are more; shall we test to see if the link is working?”

She nodded to him as he said his name. "Nice to meet you." The situation wasn't an excuse to be impolite. "The Fixer mentioned three, but I don't know if that's after or before the two you eliminated." She nodded to him as he mentioned seeing if the link was working. "Go for it."

Fixer-76 answered and said, “Bloody hell, I thought something had gone wrong. Glad to see you can follow simple instruction. I won’t waste time; I have too many projects at work. I have sent three targets… well now it seems there is only one target for the moment. Excellent.”

“That saves me some work. Your last target is a Jedi, looks like there is a Jedi on planet in seclusion. Jedi Knight Vin Urso. See it done, for the glory of the Empire.”

The last known coordinates of the Jedi are transmitted.

Draagh nodded in understanding and said to Luth, “A Jedi Knight will not be a simple target. Suggestions?”

"He's living in seclusion... It might be best with my skills to draw him out, distract him, and take him out at range when he's not ready from that angle," she replied, looking over the data.

“Am I to be the bait then?” he responded calmly looking at the woman. “I could draw him out or would you prefer I simply play spotter we find you an advantageous position and you put a bolt between his eyes?”

She considers the two possibilities, mulling them over in her head. "It might be better to play spotter... Don't want him sensing something's amiss before I can take the shot."

“I will get us a ship on the morrow that location is remote. Would you have better visibility in the day or do you have night vision equipment?” he asked focusing his eyes on her.
