Cole nodded solemnly as Galen told his story, “how old were you?”

"Thirteen... Fourteen... It was about ten years ago." he answered. "But, my years with him weren't very clear."

Cole hissed through his teeth. When he was fourteen, he was on an agri-world going to school. "I can't imagine."

"I wouldn't want you to." he shook his head. "It's part of who I am, but a lot has happened since then."

"Of course," he agreed.

"Not that I won't kill if I need to." he added. "I just won't do anything like that, again. Not out of rage, not for satisfaction."
