[Hamelin]

The Staccato settles in the battle cruiser. Hamelin leaves the docking protocols for his crew to handle. He decides to work his legs a bit after being cramped up on his ship for a while. He wanders a bit aimlessly, taking time to get his bearings of the place.

“Hey you taking a stroll through my hangar, master Jedi?” a gruff older voice said from a large besalisk. He ambled over and grumbled, “Lost or are you a pilot Jedi?”

[Hamelin]

"I am no pilot. I am just looking around while my crew docks."

“Well anything we can do you for, we are a little busy getting people ready but if we can help out a Jedi we’ll try,” the older Chief replied.

Hamelin thinks for a moment. Then nods.

“Plenty, there’s that young one I have to keep showing away for distracting my crew, Lunda… saw a few others most of them were young or looked young to me. What you don’t know the rest of the Jedi that are here?” he said forming a frown under his push broom mustache.

“Besides I ain’t interesting enough for you, master Jedi? Without me, none of these buckets get off the deck.”

"I will go talk with her later then. You are the master of the docks then? It looks like you have been doing this for a long time."

“I’m the Chief, ain’t nobody’s master, master Jedi,” he said in reply.

“Been at this a long time, earned my way up the ranks by running a tight crew and making sure the job got done no matter the situation. This your first time actually going to combat with the Republic’s finest?” he said scrutinizing the gand.

He barked at a technician, “Hey private, that’s a proton torpedo! You drop that and you erase all of us from the map!” He frowned and the looked back at Hamelin.

[Hamelin]

Hamelin looks over to the momentary distraction of a technician nearly fumbling a torpedo. Then looks back to the chief.
